15 Easy Cookie and Bar Recipes!

‘Tis the season for baking. You might want to make two things from this list of our favorite cookies (and bars) because they’re all SO good and too easy to make. Bake a batch with loved ones this week!

First up—chocolate snowcap cookies. We’re talking snowcap candies plus chocolate chips, you guys.

These are “magic cookie bars” with some extra magic, thanks to toffee chips and our Askinosie collaboration chocolate bar. Gummy bear thumbprint cookies. If you’re wondering, they taste similar to Pop-Tarts. If you love to bake cookies that are not only delicious but pretty too, check out these Fossil Cookies or Honey Comb Sugar Cookies (with royal frosting).

Emma made peanut butter cup bars for Friendsgiving a few years ago, and…. they didn’t last very long. Bonus: They freeze well, so you can make them ahead of time if you need to. Love peanut butter? Check out these Peanut Butter and Puffed Quinoa Cookies. Yum!Speaking of baking ahead of time, let’s talk about slice and bakes. I love the idea of throwing a couple cookies in the oven when you have a craving! These are a mix between sugar and shortbread cookies with vanilla and thyme. And if you love slice and bake cookies but want something even more classic, try these Chocolate Flecked Cookies. They are the slice and bake version of chocolate chip cookies.

Indulgence at its best! If you’re having company over, I highly recommend Emma’s skillet cookies. Who doesn’t love a warm cookie topped with ice cream? We love a good skillet dessert, like this recipe for a giant skillet brownie.

Peanut butter and jelly in the form of a cookie? I’m 100% in.

So, technically, these aren’t cookies or bars, BUT these chocolate Oreo truffles are probably the best thing ever. They’re easy to make and nearly impossible to put down once you start eating them.

Another crowd favorite: flourless chocolate chip cookies. If cookies without flour sound weird to you, just trust us on this one. These are made with chocolatey almond butter goodness.

And last, Emma’s homemade Kit Kat bars have been pinned over 13,000 times (whoa!) for good reason. Happy baking!
