I’m a huge veggie lover so anytime I see a “veggie” recipe, I go crazy. I actually tried the Warm Brussels Sprout Salad and it was fantastic. I’m also addicted to them and could never understand people who hate eating them:)

The breaded asparagus looks incredible! Lately, I’ve been wrapping everything in seaweed, hand roll style. Another great way to incorporate veggies through yams, asparagus, carrot, and cucumber!

I made the warm brussels sprout salad tonight for supper, and there are no words to say how delicious it is!! I did omit the craisins and forgot to add the cayenne, but it was still wonderful. You could easily serve it with a piece of chicken or some other type of meat on the side, and it would be great cold on top of a burger. Seriously, tho, you must try it. It couldn’t be any better. Thanks so much for sharing the recipe!!!
