#PrintMyInsta Contest: Win a Canon Printer and an iPad Air 2! (CLOSED)

AMB Instagram ContestWe worked with our good friends at Canon USA to develop another amazing Instagram contest! So many of you joined us a couple months ago when we challenged you to print your favorite Instagram photos with us. It's funny how easy it is to just let all my favorite photos sit on my phone or on a hard drive and never put them into a real-life album. Some of my favorite photos are on Instagram, but they just stay there. As an avid crafter, this just feels wrong! 🙂

Canon PIXMA iP8720So we're making our Instagram printing challenge into a fun little contest, where the user with our favorite photo will win—
• Canon PIXMA iP8720 Crafting Photo Printer: This printer is definitely an office favorite, as it can print up 13" x 19" in beautiful quality (see it in action: 1, 2,).
• 16GB Gold iPad Air 2: Apple recently announced their new iPad, which runs the Canon PIXMA Printing Solutions App, so you can print right from the iPad.

TO ENTER: On Instagram—
• Hashtag your favorite photos that you'd love to print #PrintMyInsta 
• Follow @ABeautifulMess and @CanonUSA

That's it! Simple as that. Each hashtagged photo counts as an entry, and you can enter as many times as you like (old photos too!). Then we'll scroll through and pick our favorite photo to find our winner. Contest is open until 11/19, and the winner will be contacted directly shortly after that.   • What a fun idea!!! I got a Canon printer after seeing how many projects you guys used it for and it’s MY FAVORITE. I would DIE for the larger one!!

  • What a wonderful competition! I’ve entered by following both accounts (I was already following ABM!) and I’ve hashtagged some of my favourite pictures, which I’ve just noticed are ALL of my two little doggies. Oops, mad dog lady! I shall hashtag new photos I upload in the next few weeks too.

    I’d love to win this competition because I have a “vintage” iPad1 that is soooo old that apps no longer run on it, and safari crashes after I open new pages!!!

    I’d love the printer so I can print my photos to send to my aunt (one of my dogs was originally hers, but she has cancer and could not longer cope with him, so I adopted him.) She’d love an update on his progress and this seems like a fantastic way to do it!

    I’d also like to print off some of my older memories and dig out the ribbon, pens, paper and other good stuff I have in the drawer and do some scrapbooking. I bought the stuff YEARS ago but have never got around to it. Printing off photos will ensure I FINALLY get my bum in gear!

  • Hi, does anyone know if my Instagram account is private, can a hash tagged pic be seen?
    I would like to enter but my profile is private because I don’t like sharing the pics of my kids!

  • If I leave the hashtag in a comment on an old post, would it still be seen? Or do I have to repost an old photo and leave the hashtag as the caption?

  • Do you also use the small canon that only uses 4×6? I was wondering how the ink usage is. My hp photo printer does about 3 pics before its out of ink. Thanks.
