Old photos are my favorite photos. I feel lucky to have a big collection of old family photos, and I am always looking for fresh ways to display them in our home. Here's how I made these art journal inspired banners without damaging any original photos.
To create your own art journal banner, stitch the top of a piece of canvas paper to create a loop. Adhere a printed photo to the canvas and cut a triangle shape out of the bottom of the canvas to create a banner shape. The rest is easy (and SO fun!). Add paint, sequins, stitching, handwriting, drawings and anything that makes you smile. 😀
Now it's your turn! Dig out your favorite old photos and give them a fresh new life. xo. Elsie

Could you do a post about what you consider art journaling? I think of something completely different when I hear the term.
