We’re teaming up with our friends over at HauteLook (where Nordstrom hosts their online sales events) for this fun little holiday wish list! Can you tell I’ve got decorating on the mind? Emma and I were having the all-too-familiar form vs. function debate today, specifically around chairs for the new studio. Sometimes it can be so hard to pass on the cutest chairs, even though you know they’re probably gonna be pretty stiff and uncomfortable after a while. But they’re just so pretty! 😉 The trick is to find that perfect balance of aesthetic and comfort (without spending $1,000 per chair). Do you have any decorating plans in the future? xo. Elsie

My parents want to get our 3 bathrooms done this Spring. I can’t wait to add some modern touches into our home. The rug would look great in my bathroom, and if it were big enough, a chair would be great too 🙂

My hubby and I have been inspired to work on/re-decorate/organize one room in our relatively new home each month starting after the holidays. It is quite exciting and slightly stress inducing. So many options!
