I call this my "Reese Witherspoon outfit." Elsie is a pro at winter outfits. I, on the other hand, have some room for improvement. Once you take my sandals away I don't know what to do! So I'm trying to gather a little inspiration and get into it this year. Step one has been to invest in a couple pairs of cute boots. 🙂

I love boots so much. I’m one of those people who can’t even quit wearing them once spring/summer rolls around, so I end up with these awkward shorts and skirts with boots combo outfits. Also, I love that mustard bag!

Both of you girls look great! I’ve been eyeing those adorable FP overalls for a long time, but hesitant to order ’cause I’m not sure of size. Elsie – how did you find they fit? I’m 5’2″ with muscular legs – about 125lbs and wear a size 4 in pants in pretty much all major stores. I was thinking about ordering a size 30 for a slightly baggier look. Do you think those would be too big? Thanks for your help – love your blog!

I love boots and springfall jackets……unfortunately I live in a very snowy and freezing cold part of Canada so practical and warm tromps cute if I have to go outside between November and March (huge bulky parka plus ugly child like winter boots). I make up for it in the office (I keep pretty much all my shoes there all winter).
What about ZDAR boots .. beautiful with leggings. Warm and waterproof to.
