I’m so excited about giving our backyard a little makeover this season! I’ve been saving inspiration, pinning and, well, obsessing over our porch and yard. We chose pumpkin orange as the main color for furniture and our little shed. There will be lots of white, lots of plants, a hammock and lots of natural wood. I can’t wait to share our progress! Above are a few things I’ve picked out for our space.

I love chairs 3 and 6, they are AWESOME!
I’ve always like the Acapulco and Concha chairs but they are so expensive at $400 a pop! Ouch! I’ve heard of people being lucky enough to thrift them in the USA but in Europe that is unlikely to happen for me!
It really doesn’t get much better than a hammock, a whiskey ginger and a good book.
I love all of these! I’m super into that shade of orange too. And with white and natural wood your yard is going to look lovely. i’m currently working on my dream patio- I call it my Moroccan patio/lair. : ) And I have a pinterest board for it too!
we just got some string lights to put in? under? around? our umbrella and some ikat chair cushions! can’t wait for our cinco de mayo party!

I need to start a board for this, too! We’re moving in August so I’m not sure what type of outdoor space we’ll have but my circa 2005, Ikea, been moved 3 times patio stuff is in a bad, bad way! I LOVE the Acapulco chair!

This is just what I’m planning at the moment, although I’ve a small balcony space instead of a yard. I love the bright orange and can just imagine the soirees you’ll be hosting once complete. I’ve my eye on some white bistro furniture from Crate & Barrel, bringing a pop of colour in through rugs and assessories.
I do not have a backyard, but a balcony and I want to give it a makeover too. The chairs are ok, but the table… The floor is awfull too. The plant hanger would look good there, I think.

Living in the east coast where the weather is 80% cold and snowy, it is hard to have a nice outdoor patio with furniture! If that weren’t the case I would want a big white couch on our yard to just lay there and enjoy the sun and breezy weather when it comes around.
