As you heard, Elsie and I hosted a Friendsgiving on Sunday. And even though the real Thanksgiving isn't for another week or so, I couldn't help but wake up that day feeling extra thankful. For me thankfulness isn't something I practice often enough. I know this, because—even though I had lots to do that day (so much food to make!)—everything felt easier when I remember all the people and things that I am so thankful for in my life. And it's been such a good week so far because of this!
Emma's Wearing: denim top/thrifted, sweater c/o StyleMint, necklace c/o StellaDot, skirt/thrifted, shoes c/o SoleSociety, purse/RucheElsie's Wearing: mustard top and stripe shoes c/o ModCloth, jeans/Jessica Simpson.
What are you thankful for this week? xo. Emma + Elsie

I am thankful for having a job. Actually, I have two jobs. One I am giving up for the other. To be honest, I am thankful for having a job that I like so much. Of course I want to do something besides retail later on in my life, but I am happy right now. It’s rare that people are happy with their job.
I love that shirt. The color is so Fall-esque and elegant.

Hi Ladies!
I was just curious what size Elsie’s mustard top is? I think I have a similar shape/chest, and when looking on ModCloth for the top it says to size down.
Thank you very much.
Love this, especially the shoes! 😀
So funny I just saw a long pleated black skirt while I was at Target today and I didn’t know how to style it. I like that they gave it an everyday look
Elsie’s outfit is so cute (and totes my style)!! Those flats are a must have. I’m thankful to have a loving husband and great friends who are busy planning my Great Gatsby themed 30th birthday party, which is going to be full of surprises I’ve heard! I cannot wait (birthday is December 2nd).
