Emma snapped these photos when we were at the Flea Market this week. I've been hunting for a few special pieces to finish our decor at home. This year I can't get enough wicker and vintage printed textiles. What do you always hunt for?

I love the way you layered the top under the dress. At first glance it looks like it’s all one piece. Lovely!
b/c i have a newborn + a toddler, i’ve stayed away from everything strapless (i’m so afraid the little ones will expose the ladies!). but i really love this idea of pairing it over another top. i think i want to try this!

I go through different phases – right now I am trying to find old light switch/outlet plates, and anything vintage for my kitchen. I’ve been having such good luck this summer (including a kenner blythe for $2!)

I always look for vintage fabrics, storage and prints!
LOVE the red tights.
50s print fabric is always on the list and even though I have more than enough my eyes are always drawn to mid century colured glass vases and bold ceramics

I went treasure hunting today and my main goal is Old Golden books for my 10 month old. I also found her a vintage dress and T-straps.
I love looking for old books, bottles, pictures, paintings. Lately I’ve been on the hunt for mid-century looking furniture, like a bar cart!
Also, I love your hair-do in this post. And I also really appreciate how you include lots of detail shots in your posts. The shoes, the hair, the bag. Very nice.
What a cute up-do!!
its so lovely to see your beautiful tattoos all on show!! 🙂
You’re so cute. I love the tattoos—have you ever had them touched up? I’ve had to had mine touched up twice. They’re on my feet though, so it’s kind of expected. & I love your hair!

I’m always looking for any kind of mid century furniture. Right mow I’m in the market for a fan and a mid century desk lamp.
I’m always on the look out for 50’s mirrors with frosted designs on them (boats, birds etc). I’m hoping to have a wall in our hallway covered in them.

I’m loving the hair. The finds are amazing. I feel dirty when I shop retail without major deals
I love your hairstyle!
I’m always on the hunt for vintage linens (sheets and pillowcases are my favourite), knitted blankets, nice cardigans, old books, and knitting needles/wool. Oh, and cute vintagey baby clothes for my ‘someday’ box
I LOVE the layering, the hair, the red tights and the great turquoise bag. Have you ever done a post highlighting your tattoos? I’m so intrigued by them!

Where do you get all of your super fun colored tights? LOVE them. They add the best little zing of color.
Red and turquoise were MFEO! And I love your hair! Future tutorial, please. ^_^

I adore your hairdo!
I LOVE your hair! Tutorial please!
How can you wear tights in the Missouri humid summer? I don’t think I could do it. You are the better person. I love that bag!
I’ve been hunting for vintage pyrex. British pyrex is just…different, so I’m trying to stock up on good American pyrex before my big move at the end of the month. I can only buy small pieces, but I’m always on the hunt. I wish I could look this cute when I go to the flea market- it was so hot out today, I had to throw on the things I own that were most conducive, which are never the best looking.
Shopping for home decor is super fun, isn’t it! Love the red tights paired with the hasbeens, looking gorgeous! x
Goodness, serious hair envy over here. Gimme! 🙂
Beautiful outfit. 🙂
xoxo.
I always look for vintage cake stands!

I love this blog!
Oh, the flea. My husband has Fridays and Saturdays off, so he goes every week (and always sees the gals who own our favorite local design and vintage shop) bright and early. He usually looks for vintage music equipment, but we have tons of great trinkets for our home he’s found too. My favorite is a (working!) Super8 projector…we can watch old movies of his dad’s childhood on it:)
I have to agree with everyone else, what fabulous hair!
Lovely outfit!
I love your tights & bag ♥
This outfit is dreamy! I love the bright red tights, your swoon worthy shoes, your bag, and the fact you have Nylon peeping out from it (my absolute favorite magazine). Eeek! Lovely <3

I never thought to pair a tank under my strapless top. I may have to rethink my outfit today.

You look darling, Elsie! I LOVE your bag and shoes! XO
Hey Elsie! Do you think that you will ever sell Mr. Larson’s music in your online store? I’m a fan from Canada and I can’t buy his CDs or MP3s online from Amazon(.com — it won’t sell out of the USA).
Huge fan of you both!
Sarah

I’m always on the look for vintage fabrics and blankets. I need to stop.
Also I’m on the look out for a LOT of vintage furniture to spruce up since we’re about to have a whole house to fill with furniture.
I love that dress against the bright tights!
I am always hunting for milk glass vases, vintage fabric, and 60’s side tables.
Your hair style is super duper cute! Do I see a DIY on the horizon? I am personally hoping to hit up some markets this weekend as well… one of the great things about Australia in general is their obsession with weekend markets. They are everywhere!
