This past week I visited San Francisco and had the most inspiring time! I took quite a few photos, so instead of overloading you with tons of stuff, I thought it would be fun to break them up into posts throughout this next week.
I went vintage shopping one day with some talented and very sweet designers from Levi's. We were shopping for both inspiration pieces and personal wardrobe (just for fun) stuff. My favorite shop that we visited was Painted Bird. I really loved the styling and the pieces they stocked. I bought a cute sweater there. And the hand painted sign is really charming, I have to say!
I'll be back soon with this month's Makeover Story. Take a peek at Makeover Story ONE and TWO here. I'm so excited to share our next story… XO, elsie

I love San Francisco! They have some of the most unique clothes there, and yet they aren’t really recognized as a fashion capital. The photos are gorgeous, by the way. It looks like you had an amazing time.

Ah I love the painted bird so much! I have so many amazing clothes there and I really like how they stock a ton of vintage but it’s all fairly accessible prices. I’ve moved away from San Francisco now but every time I got it’s always on my list of must-visit places. I’m glad you got to check it out!
Thats right down the street from my old house.
