dear anthropologie, yes i agree that you are amazing….but your overseas shipping costs are a little bit out of control….it doesn’t cost $54 dollars to ship a packet of postcards and a mouse pad to australia.

I think I’ve become an anthropologie crazed fan…I HAVE to stop in every single one that I pass now. I just HAVE to go inside and see how their store is set up, the fun crafty designs they’ve displayed all over. I usually can’t afford much in there but go there a few times a week for inspiration. ๐ luckily, I’m in California where we have a lot of them that are in reasonable driving distance. My dream would be doing their displays!!!!

I agree so much; Anthropologie is amazing! I can wander in their stores for hours only to admire their displays – they are always so inspired and whimsical and magic. From what I’ve seen in photos, Red Velvet seems to have a similar feel to it. I will have to come visit some day!

Ugh I know. They have an amazing style team. I showed my boyfriend that chair when I got the catalogue and I said “oh, it’s only 1600 dollars!” I wish. Sigh. I guess it’s motivation to do well in life ๐ haha

Anthropologie is just one of those shops you just want to roll around in and soak up the atmosphere.
They’re really amazing. I was looking around for jobs a few weeks ago and noticed that they’re now offering internships for the merchandising and display artist positions. So smart of them to offer that knowing that their displays are so admired and those positions are coveted. Their sister store, Urban Outfitters, is doing the same as well.
JUST got my catalogue yesterday and I fell in LOVE. My Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters catalogues are like gold to me and are my pride and joy. I too, LOVE what they do ๐

I got my catalog yesterday! I liked the whole “Alice in Wonderland” theme. My whole life this year has been an Alice in Wonderland theme, lol
