it was a pretty weekend for a wedding! i planned to wear this amazing yellow dress that a sweet pal sent me. however, i ended up having the ‘typical girl’ freak out when i couldn’t find the right pair of shoes and switched over to my red anthropologie dress…. plus it’s one of my boyfriend’s favorites. i need to find the perfect pair of wedge heels and wear the first dress soon! ♥
the wedding was pretty, so sweet and a LOT of fun. mr. larson gave an amazing speech at the reception (eeek… i just realized we didn’t get any photos of him in his adorable suit… i’ll post some after Todd & Laura get their professional shots back!). I was really proud of him because, being an ex-wedding photographer i’ve seen some bad speeches. his was a winner! we had a lovely night… we actually danced together for the first time ever… it was nice.
for the rest of the weekend i’ve been playing a mad game of catch up, organizing and planning. here’s a commission that was sitting in my studio, waiting to be mailed. i loved working on this one. the batman t-shirt made me smile. 🙂
and here’s a little peek at new necklaces coming this week! the birdie style is one of my favorites! there are also a lot of daisy and skeleton key styles. i’ve been really into making accessories this month.
oh yes, and my favorite album of the summer is…
beach house….. sigh. i’m in love!

I’ve found that investing in the perfect pair of nude sandals has kind of changed my life in the sense that I now have a shoe that goes with everything in my closet. Your Anthro dress is stunning, though!
