I can say with great confidence that eyeshadow palettes have been the hardest thing for me to adjust to as I’ve switched from conventional to clean beauty. Palettes are for sure one of my most coveted beauty products, so I was super bummed when I started trying shadow after shadow, that were, quite frankly, just bad!
The things I look for in a great eyeshadow are pigment, ease of blending, and staying power. I find with a lot of clean beauty palettes, they have one or two of those things, but not all. After a TON of research and trial and error, I’m excited to share with you my favorite eyeshadow palettes for every budget.
Rose Quartz Crystal Gemstone Palette by Aether Beauty — $58
Besides the stunning packaging, the star of the show in this (splurge purchase) but gorgeous Aether palette are the matte tones— they apply just like the eyeshadows I used to know and love, haha! The pigment is really great on the matte tones and shea butter and coconut oil in the formula give this palette a buttery texture that blends out really nicely.
Chamomile Eye Palette in Pretty by Ere Perez — $34
Ere Perez has a lot of really beautiful palette options, and I think they’re great for someone who can get overwhelmed with too many colors they won’t use. While not the most pigmented with just one brush stroke, the ease of blending is really high with this palette. If you’re someone who wants to try more shading/smokey looks, this one is an amazing option!
Pink Nudes Mineral Eye Shadow — $14
I absolutely LOVE this palette! I cannot believe how budget friendly it is, because Pacifica has cracked the code on a great clean eyeshadow. Pigmented, easy to blend, and buttery smooth, this palette is great for travel since it’s so compact but has a pretty full range of shades for this color family. I also love the little “you are so pretty” detail on the case— so sweet. 🙂
I also want to put an honorable mention in here— I love these single shadows! We’ve had a few in the Beauty Box and they’ve been A+.
So there you have it—three of our favorite eyeshadow palettes at three different price points. Are you an eyeshadow connoisseur? Let me know if you have any clean beauty faves in the comments!

Great round up!! Diving into clean beauty can be so overwhelming and frustrating with the higher price points on some of the things so I appreciate throwing some more budget friendly options in. I am 100 percent “I get everything at Target” because that’s just what works with the season of life that we are in right now. Pacifica has been awesome and they are definitely one of my go to brands….I haven’t tried the eye shadow yet but I will!!

This is great! I actually threw away all my old eyeshadows so I need a new one. Since I’m starting afresh, I’m definitely going to do it right this time and buy a clean product. 🙂

I have and love the Ere Perez palette in Pretty as well. I also love that you can buy single refills, at least through their Australian store.
Thank you for this post and thank you for finding such a budget friendly option!!!
Thanks for this great article! I love that you are showing multiple options at different price points! I’ll have to try that Pacifica one. Have you tried the 100% Pure ones? While not very budget friendly, I have one and love it.
Yes, those are great too! I especially love their blushes. 🙂
Those look like great palettes!!
