i've been recently obsessed with this painter. her work is so pretty. i purchased these prints for Jeremy's house (he has great taste in art and loves her work just as much as i do!)…
i am such a big fan. i always feel incredibly lucky to discover a new artist via etsy.com. it's exciting! who are some artists you are loving?
today i have a little bit of e-mail to catch up on and lots of stitching to do…. all in all, i call that a pretty nice schedule. Oh…. and if you are planning to sponsor my blog in Feb, hurry up 🙂 the large ad spaces have already sold out, but there are still a few small spots left!

One of my all time favorites is Egon Schiele (not many people ever know who I’m talking about when I mention him) http://www.doc.ic.ac.uk/~svb/Schiele/ …he’s a bit dark but I love love love his work, theexpressionism, the feeling, the colors, etc. I’ve seen some of his pieces in person and I was taken away. I’ve loved his stuff for several several years (I think since I was 14).
I also like the artist’s pieces that you posted especially the girl in the blue dress.
