.hello monday.

today i am working on a bunch of fun projects and feeling so inspired. one of my favorite feelings in all the world.

Fun-weekend here’s another little peek at our weekend fun.. katie & katherine are so much fun. (thanks for the photo, Janel!)

here are a few lovely Holiday ideas and pretty things…

Tree-idea loving this tree idea. pretty pretty.

Christmas-camera  Wooden-tree-wall-piece  Peter-pan-snow-globe   Smore-kit

fun DIY idea. i likes.

Picture 1 and i am seriously obsessed with this. gorgeous.

Jeremy and I are taking a day trip tomorrow to St. Louis for holiday shopping and sorta a late birthday date afternoon with lots of vintage, vinyl, bubble tea and plastic cameras. i’m going to wear my hair curly. excited. XOXO. elsie

ps. what’s inspiring you this December?

  • Hope you and Jeremy have fun tomorrow in St. Louis – sounds like super fun!
I love that post-it note tree and the gingerbread camera. So friggin’ cute. Me loves.

  • I’m in love with yarn right now – I’m always inspired by yarn when the temperature starts to drop. Working with yarn is just so cozy (and easy to do under a blanket, while drinking a mug of tea).

The gingerbread camera is totally fantastic. And DIY s’mores?! S’mores might be my favorite treat ever – what a great gift.

  • The things inspiring me this December mostly come from this lovely blog. I love looking at all the cute crafts and ideas. Everyone is so creative and its great to see them express it! Thanks for sharing all the beautiful pictures with us

  • Today it was cold and windy (and still is) and so I got bored just sitting by the fireplace just staring at my bare cold forearm and I was inspired to go get a tattoo that I’d been wishing on for awhile. So I did. Yay!!
And December makes me think of tasty homemade cinnamon rolls…I am waiting on them right now. Hopefully they’ll be ready by the time Boo Radley gets home from work.

  • um, those gingerbread cameras?

actually – my new little niece. i know everyone says this about the babies in their family, but this one’s super pretty.

  • Love the post it tree! and bottle brush trees always have me smitten! I’m finding myself inspired by the traditions going on here in FL. It’s my first ‘warm’ Christmas; different and exciting!

  • holly, i wish i did have the link, but i don’t know the original source for that image πŸ™

    thanks everyone!

laura, love the traveling blythe blog. that’s so fun!!

  • I haven’t actually decorated my house for Christmas…and I’m not really planning to this year. But I’m absolutely in love with all the pictures I’ve been seeing lately of Christmas trees stuck onto walls, like the post-it one and twigs that you’ve posted. Maybe I’ll do something like that πŸ™‚

  • warning! it’s going to be very cold here in st. louis tomorrow! hope you have fun!

  • Cold and yucky here!! Boo…

Anyway, I just moved back to St. Louis and am curious where you go vintage shopping / thrifting around here…. I can’t seem to find anywhere that is worth my time.. I have only been back for 3 months, so haven’t had a lot of time to scour the city for great places… Any help? Thanks and I hope you guys have a super great day!! Well deserved!! Thanks for all of the inspiration!!

  • Oh I miss craft dates with girlfriends and yarn

love the Christmas tree post it note on the mirror…I might snatch this idea for our Christmas party this Friday πŸ™‚

  • A craft weekend with friends sounds great πŸ˜€

I’m suuuuper inspired planning a stand with one of my best friends (who makes blythe/other dolls clothes) for a craft fair, I can’t wait!

Have a nice day trip πŸ™‚

  • that post-it note tree is about the best thing i’ve seen this holiday season…such a simple idea but what a great statement it makes on many levels. love it

i’m inspired by moving to a new house. it has everything me and my boy want and more. i love moving because it’s a chance to start all over and in fresh spaces come fresh ideas πŸ˜€

    have fun πŸ˜‰

  • I wish I would’ve known you were coming to STL, I would’ve given you some tips of where to go. Hope you and Jeremy had fun, even though it was a rainy day! *Megan
