i have to go with Neil young fo sho… he’s from my hometown (sorta) and even went to my highschool… er, i guess i went to his, but anyways… “Harvest Moon” is quintessentially autumn all-the-way π

also. i hope you don’t mind, but i’ve added your site to my sidebar – because i visit here so much to see what you guys are doing or to be inspired myself – i figure, everybody should come here!
i’ve never heard of ANY of these artist! But my sweet girl and I listened to all of them. I think I like Neil Young. Olivia danced to please baby please π
I love this list–I don’t have a lot of time to find new music, and have heard OF a lot of these people, just never heard their music, I <3 the very first song, Two Doves...sooo pretty!
Since you guys like Band of Horses, M Ward (She & Him), and My Morning Jacket, you should try Monsters of Folk and Grand Archives, since both bands are sort of a cross-section of the others. We’re kind of over our Flaming Lips/Neil Young era, these guys are more mellow & folksy.
I am studying for my Ancient Israelite Religion midterm that is tomorrow morning at 8 and these gems that you compiled are helping me learn my stuff!
Thank you so much!
Jenny Lewis reminds me of my mom whom I really miss but get to see this weekend… so thank you again!
XO
Wow, great playlist. Stayed up late just to hear it…may have to take a trip to itunes.
I personally fell head over heels for Jenny Lewis’s Pretty Bird.
Her voice is magic.
I am a firm believer that music has seasons. This playlist is PERFECT for fall. It is very cold and grey here today and your playlist fit right into my moods π I can’t say if i had a favorite because i really like them all!
iPad Video Converter also can be considered as a professional video editting software for it has strong editting functions like trimming segments, cropp area size, adjusting output effect, defining profile parameters and merging several files into one.
Hi. I actually enjoyed reading your current blog post!. Good quality content. I might advise you to write articles much more often. it. It is just incredible how fast the Facebook peeonmhnon has grown just in the last 3-4 years. When I first signed up about 3 years ago, it was already a pretty big thing, but amazing how much it has grown. I sometime wonder how it holds together so well (from a technical standpoint) given all the users, apps, etc. that are on board.
Wow, you are very thorough! Thank you for all the links. What a guooegrs Gull. Can’t imagine what it’s doing in this neck of the woods though. I thought your pictures were great. At least you were able to SEE the Gull in person! Sharon

In 2008, a liberal Democrat was elceted president. Landslide votes gave Democrats huge congressional majorities. Eight years of war and scandal and George W. Bush had stigmatized the Republican Party almost beyond redemption. A global financial crisis had discredited the disciples of free-market fundamentalism, and Americans were ready for serious change.
