Hi there! I’m back with my weekly edition of 3 Natural Products I Am Loving! I am really enjoying the process of replacing toxic products in my home and beauty drawer one at a time. It honestly hasn’t been hard to come up with more to share. I am constantly trying sample sizes or new things to find favorites, so if you know of something good, please let me know in the comments.
This week I’m sharing two really practical things I use over and over and one really fun, indulgent product!
Fresh Vibes Spray (It’s DIY and very simple to make!)
I made this just a few months ago, and it’s already almost completely empty. It’s my favorite scent, and I spray it on our sheets every night as we are getting ready for bed! I guess it’s time to make more!
I have very patchy eyebrows and lining them daily is the number one thing that helps me look more “normal”. I really loved the product I was using for my brows in the past few years. It worked great, but it is rated a 10 on the Think Dirty app (products are rated 1-10 and 10 is the worst). So I knew it was time for a change. A friend of mine suggested Ecobrow. The only downside is you have to purchase a brush as well. No biggie though! It works great and the color I wear is called Penelope… aawwwe!
Herbivore Calm Dead Sea Soaking Salts
These salts smell very floral and traditional… honestly they smell really different than I expected. But I like them a lot. They last a long time and are a bath-time treat! Great gift idea too.
Thanks so much for reading! You guys are the best!!! xx- Elsie

I’ll definitely be making that fresh vibes spray soon! I can already smell it.. 🙂 Also, those bath salts are my favourite too!
I have slowly been going through the process of switching things out and have really been enjoying this series. Not only can it be pricey to do it all at once but there’s something very fufilling about taking one thing and tossing it in the garbage and replacing it with something new (and clean!) I started with my boys soap/lotion and have moved onto my make up and hair stuff. So keep these post coming!
Hey, Elsie. I love these room sprays you made. I actually just made my own and I’m obsessed. I wanted to mention that my husband works at a shop that sells all kinds of wholesale products to make these sprays – that’s where I got mine.
I noticed in the DIY post, you mentioned the oils not mixing with the water in the mixture, but his company actually sells a modifier that fixes this problem!

Hi Elsie,
I am really loving this series, as I too have been replacing a lot of my cleaning and beauty products. I work in sustainability and wanted to note that how we dispose of the icky products is just as important as replacing them in our homes. It would be awesome if you could recommend safe/eco-friendly disposal to anyone out there that is going through a natural product overhaul. The easiest thing to do is to google where your local haz waste recycling center is. Most places have a simple form to fill out and the drop-off is free. You can get rid of all of your crazy toxics (from counter cleaners and shampoos to paint thinners) in one place and they safely recycle everything instead of sending it to the landfill (where the toxic products we want out of our lives can leach back into them). Just my two cents! LOVE LOVE LOVE these recommendations!
I bought Herbivore Sea Spray after reading your last post and am in love with it. Thanks for the tip!
I’m currently using Glossier Boybrow in blond. Fingers crossed that it’s not 10/10 on the dirty scale, because it’s a great product.
I love the look of these bath salts! They look super inviting!

Glossier has pretty good scores!!! 🙂 I am sampling that one as well and I really like it so far. Definitely lighter and more natural looking than the product I linked here. xx- Elsie

Love this series, keep it coming! I’m wondering if you’ve found a natural antiperspirant? I saw the natural deodorant in one of the earlier posts but looking for both…if you happen to find one would love to see in a future volume 🙂
This all looks amazing!

So funny as I came across herbivore from a press day I attended and fell in love with the understated packaging and the coconut oil base! I’ll be trying this out soon X

If you are looking for all natural products I highly recommend 100 Percent Pure products. They make body/skin care/makeup and they are 100% all natural and toxin free. They are pricey but I really like their body scrubs and I used one of their face washes and it was super gentle and great at removing makeup!!
