This Trestle Wood Leg Side Chair is amazing. I would totally get it in orange or possibly mint green with maple legs. Maple holds up a lot longer in guitars so i would definitely trust it to hold me up on a chair. The vintage look also takes me back to my childhood – my mom had a chair just like this that she used for our time-out chair. Funny that i would enjoy a similar one in my space. 🙂

Oh I love classic Conrad Chair!! It’s just perfect!
The thing that breaks my heart about this, is that all the chairs listed on that site are knock-offs of classic designs. I know the licensed versions are much more expensive but it’s hard for me to get behind a company that feels it is ok to change the name of a design and call it ‘reminiscent’ of a previous design. As creators yourselves, I hope that you can see how companies like this devalue the true designers and quality put into the original production. I don’t blame you personally, I just hate to see stuff like this being promoted. Instead, team up with the Knoll and Herman Miller’s of the world (or even Design within Reach) to promote these wonderful designs.
