Ohh…I cannot wait until your wedding happens…the pictures and beauty of it will totally remind me of watching fairytale wedding stories from Disney! Yep…this nerd is doing a happy dance! You both have great taste, it’ll surely be a lovely event! Hearts, Janna Lynn

Post Script: In the picture second to the top, is that a metal file keeper? If it is my Nana has the very same one, she has been keeping files in it long before I was a twinkle in my daddy’s eye!
Love the typewriter photo!

I just made myself some chevron curtains for the bedroom. Tweaked the pattern a little bit, and painted onto store bought curtains. So easy, and I love how they turned out. Good luck.

Stick at it. It will get done. Take one thing at a time. It’s tough making so many decisions at one time though.
enjoy it.

Hi! I couldn’t find an email address to send this to besides the one on the Sponsorship page, so I’ll just leave this here.
Would it be possible for Mallory to give some tips for aspiring DIY designers? I’d like to produce a few dresses by myself and am finding that most online tip guides are confusing or too disjointed. How does outsourcing work? What’s the most efficient way to sew dresses yourself? Should you sew by request or have a set with different sizes available? Which sizes should you have more of? …and so on.
Your post about how you got into producing a dress line was very inspiring and it is the reason that I’m pumped to pull out the sewing machine. Even if she can’t give some tips, I just want to thank all of you for being so beautiful and inspiring. :]

Kathryn,
Thanks for the sweet requests. Being a super new fashion line we aren’t ready to give advise yet… maybe next year. We still have a lot to learn and refine.
Good luck with your adventure!!! Els
