We had the best afternoon throwing a shower for our dear friends Darren and Stacy. They are going to welcome a little girl named Scarlett into their family this Autumn. We're all SO excited to meet her. Here are a few snapshots from today…
There were a lot of kiddos at the shower and it was so so cute! All our friends are having babies and they are going to be besties. We never play shower games, but we always have a photobooth and too much sugar. Those are our traditions. 🙂

The decoration idea is so awesome with the book paper sticked to the wall, the baby cloth hanging and so on. Those cupcakes look super delicious. And the kid in the last picture… hahaha is really really really cute. I can’t take my eyes away from that photo 🙂
I’ve always wanted to ask how you so successfully made your own photo booth all the time! did you just set up a tripod and post someone there as a cameraman or just set timer and everybody pose and wait? I wanted to make my own photobooth too hehe but it seems like such a big project to do D:

Kids and photobooths definitely go hand in hand! The younger ones are never afraid to be totally crazy and it adds such a different element to the photos! Love it, and the cupcakes look yummy. 🙂
The color scheme of this even is stunning. You gals have such a wonderful eye for color! Judging from the guest photos, it looks like everyone had a blast. Makes me want to experiment with event planning!
A photobooth, what an awesome idea, I need to se tup one of those for our annual huge cookout that we have,where did you get the colored paper background? and how do you deal with people who are camera shy? lol
I love the shower decor etc. but is there a recipe for those yummy looking cupcakes too? If so is there any way you could share it on the blog? Thanks!
