Emma and I have lots of little local spots that we like to visit randomly when we need little breaks. This historic downtown Dairy Queen always makes us smile because the hours are super short (pretty much only open while we're at work) and the cuuuutest old people are always working there. They're really really adorable. It's one of our spots because it's so darn charming and quirky!
Outfit Details: Chambray Dress c/o Ruche, Top/Vintage, Bag c/o Ready Set Go Luggage, Shoes/Jeffrey Campbell, Ring + Belt/Vintage.

Aw, such a sweet date! And those ice-creams look delicious. ๐
Elsie, your wedges are always adorable. Your sister’s shirt has a really lovely color and design too. So cute!
I thought your sister dyed your hair blue for your wedding! Did she dye it back?
I love that dress! Ruche has such pretty things at the moment. And your shoes are amazing!
Please tell Emma that I think her new shade of blonde is so lovely. It really suits her!
Hi Maria,
Yes, she only kept the blue for about 2 weeks. It was fun while it lasted.
Lyndall, I’ll tell Emma you said so. SO sweet!
XOs.
Beautiful shoes!!! I am in love with your shoe collection ๐
I wish they had cherry dipped cones where I live! I’ve been dying to try them! And those shoes are absolutely adorable ๐
You guys look so cute! Oh and I’m curious, what kind of red ice cream cone is that? We dont have those in my dairy queen
We had a Dairy Queen in my little hometown, too. I miss it!

I ADORE your shoes, they are so sweet! My sister is coming to visit me this weekend for 5 days and I am so excited, it will be loads of fun! Yay for having a sister, we are both quite lucky x
love your outfits- And I wish we had those red-dipped cones at our DQ’s, because-as far as I know- we only have the chocolate-dipped ones.. Hmm…It looks so good though!! What flavor is it? Cherry or strawberry perhaps?
That Dairy Queen lampshade is OH so kitschy. I adore it. I wonder where I could get one…?

Oooh I miss summer nights at DQ! And those red wedges are stunning! Strut on ladies!
That dress and those shoes have me absolutely swooning! Lovely post! Instead of a Dairy Queen we have Tastee Freeze. It’s so small, rustic, and charming! It’s the perfect little hang out spot on Friday football game night or during the sweltering summer heat! Thanks for sharing! <3
What a sweet thing, a sister date! And that place looks so nice.. Have a great week, Elsie.
Words cannot express how much I love dairy queen being a small town girl. ๐

Jesse was reading blogs over my shoulder and when he saw this post he thought out loud “I wonder if they got paid to go to Dairy Queen?” Ummm Jesse…do you really think Dairy Queen needs to pay people to visit their store? Silly boy. Silly ice cream deprived boy.
Your shoes are adorable!!

Would like to have some baserunning tips. Tips for seatling bases, what to look for when trying to steal 2nd and 3rd off of RHP’s and LHP’s and leads at 2nd base (deep or shallow) and why and what situation.
Robin Bhat Posted on Hi Pavan & Kaustubh,Congrats on getting Lata Mangeshkar to share this ltteer with you! A big exclusive, for sure. Two points intrigue me:1 We get to see yet another aspect of KK’s multi-faceted talents: But do the sketches mean anything or are they just random (but serious) doodling? Seems to me to be two carefully considered, contrasting drawings.2 More interesting is the date: a request to defer a recording with Kalyanji-Anandji, from November 1967.If recorded, this would have been their first duet. It did not, and the next one came no earlier than in 1970, with kehdo kehdo’ in Sachha Jhootha. And after that in 1971, Maryada (chup ke se dil de).So, the recording for November 1967 could have been:a) A mixed song?b) An aborted film/unknown number?c) One of two films above, whose release was much delayed?d) Or, K-A went with someone else instead of Kishore? Regards,Robin
