If you’ve been following @acolorstory on Instagram, you’ve probably seen us feature (and feature and feature) Alex Zouaghi of @a_ontheroad. He’s got a way with finding and capturing the most beautiful cityscapes. I’m sure being based in London near all those beautiful buildings definitely helps his cause!
Getting inspired by the way he was able to capture these city streets, we reached out to him to help us create a filter +pack geared toward exactly that: urban photography. With deep shadows and a whole range of color and saturation options, our newest +pack On the Road is quickly becoming a new favorite!

With his style and photography so closely married to the streets of London, it only seemed appropriate to name each filter after landmarks and essential spots in the city. That range of saturation and hue between filters is what sets them apart and gives each photo its own boldness.

This +pack is best for places with deep shadows and a lot of detail, making it a great fit for architecture, city views, and nature.

You can purchase this +pack in the A Color Story app now! Be sure to tag your photos by using #AColorStoryOnTheRoad, so we can see what you create and maybe even feature you on the A Color Story Instagram. xo. – Emma (+ A Color Story team)

Oh love these filters! Just purchased the pack and can’t wait to play around with these.
I’m obsessed with his instagram account! Stunning and love learning from his unique eye!
While I love all the new filters you offer, I think it would be SO cool/practical if you offered a pack that could freshen up photos taken indoor or with bad lighting! Lots of great memories are indoors and I wish I were better at editing them to make them look a bit more natural.
This app is fantastic

Great in-depth and practical post. Can’t remember reading such a helpful post dedicated to the humble art of the comment. On the other hand, now I’ve got no excuse for leaving a sub-par comment.
