I had so much fun taking maternity photos of my dear friend, Amy, this weekend! She's a gem of a lady and I'm so happy for her that she's going to welcome a baby boy into her family soon. 
What a cutie! I feel so lucky that through the years I've been able to do so many shoots with Amy… engagement, wedding, pregnancies, family… it's so much fun! I'm feeling a little nostalgic tonight. Did these photos just give some of you baby fever? Love you, Amy! xoxo. elsie

Hello Elsie! I have been reading your blog for sometime now and have made it the “doughnut” to my coffee. I would like for you to remind the pregnant ladies to be careful wearing very high heels in pregnancy. The hormone relaxin which allows the pelvis to expand can affect other parts of the body as well, causing ankles to be a little less supportive and cause them to fall. Just a little morsel of info from an old nurse!
By the way, the pictures are beautiful and so is this mommy, and I really dig those yellow wedges!
