Hi, friends! We’re so excited to continue to celebrate A Beautiful Mess turning 10 years old this month! Today’s giveaway is a really fun one because one lucky reader is going to win a Canon PIXMA iP8720 crafting printer! As many of you already know, this is one of our very favorite printers. It works great on both large and small projects and is perfect for printing borderless photos. We love the quality and are so happy that one of our readers is going to get one!
With each anniversary giveaway, we try and give you a few peeks back into our archives. Below are a few of our favorite projects using this printer, plus we’ve got a few more (even older) links back to projects we’ve created over the years using printed images:
In the collage above, clockwise from top left: We are still in LOVE with this DIY Poster Hanger, which was a reader favorite from last year. Elsie recently shared a very special project she created for her future daughter as a part of their adoption process. In need of tips and ideas for creating the perfect gallery wall? Look no further, we’ve got you covered. Another reader favorite from last year was this DIY Floating Acrylic Frame.
And here are just a few more reader favorites from the archives:
How to Transfer a Photo to Wood (we recently updated this post, originally from 2013, with two new fool-proof methods)
DIY Epoxy Resin Coffee Table (includes step-by-step video)
DIY Photo Notepads – How to make your own personalized tear off notepads (great back-to-school gift idea?)
Laura’s cat lady Pet Photo Pajamas – too adorable and fun!

Congratulations on your 10 year anniversary. I love reading all the information you have . I am just slowly starting out . Yesterday made my list of things I need to get to start. Besides camera, computer, printer was on my list. So this is a wonderful opportunity for me . If I don’t win , I did get the answer to my own question what is the best printer ? So thank you !!
Elsie, the adoption book for your daughter is the most thoughtful thing & probably one of my favorite ever projects. I teared up reading that post thinking how special that will be to her for her whole life. My aunt was adopted and I have so many happy memories of her loving spirit and how she helped shape our family to be even more connected & compassionate. I will definitely be keeping this idea tucked away for when I have reason to make one :). Thanks for this post and showing so many ways to make use of that snazzy printer!
But most of all HAPPY ANNIVERSARY Ladies!!! Keep up the gorgeous work that makes my day with every post! xo
I have never had a good printer. This would really up my game. Happy 10 Years ABM!
