For the past 10 months we've been sharing spaces that inspire us with our At Home With and At Work With features! Readers tell us all the time that these are some of their very favorite features. We love them too… I mean, who doesn't like peeking into other peoples homes, right?! If you love your space we'd love to see it!
How to submit your home/work tour:
-Send 4-6 of your best photos to us at submit@redvelvetart.com Please include your name, your blog or business link and a short description of what you love about your space! If your space is a good fit for an upcoming At Home With or At Work With feature we will e-mail you back within one week requesting more images and sending interview questions. If not, please keep submitting. It's important to us to share a variety of different spaces and styles.
Tips & Guidelines:
-Send your best photos! We love photos taken in natural light. Please no frames, watermarks, heavy filters, vignettes or type added to the images. For file size, 800 pixels across is great!
-We love rooms decorated with a strong style and point of view. Photos do not need to be perfect. In fact we're big fans of a "lived in" feel, and that may include humans, pets or messes! You can submit one room or peeks from throughout your entire home.
-At this time we are ONLY accepting submissions for these two features!

I would LOVE to see some apartments! It is so frustrating not owning a home, thus not being able to paint or take out carpet. I’m looking forward to some decorating ideas from living spaces that are rentals.

We’re about to move to a new apartment, so half of our things are in boxes. But if you are still accepting submissions in late August, I’m definitely going to submit some. My husband and I worked together to create areas of our home that are very “us,” and I’d love to be able to share those. And I can’t wait to see the spaces that belong to other readers!

I would love to do this, but right now our apartment looks like a disaster zone of moving boxes and half-removed wall hangings. Not something I’m sure would make a good feature story. Might have to send something in after we move, though!

I love the hammock in the first picture! I want one for my room, I think it just adds such a relaxing feel to it. Also that wall that goes from green to blue, is that ombre affect or just the lighting? So cool!
Oh my goodness how lovely! I live in an apartment with a handful of other people so I just have my room, but I must say that am quite proud of how I’ve styled my room with an eclectic mix of vintage treasures and dried flowers and I’d love to share!!
