This past weekend we picked out our first pumpkin together. I couldn't wait to carve into it, so we baked pumpkin seeds that night. It feels so special starting new family traditions left and right! We're loving the newlywed life. Happy Autumn! elsie

Fun!!! What an adorable farm stand, as well. Paul and I still need to get our pumpkin; I need to do some internet research for a local farm. Paul’s actually a pretty good pumpkin carver–I can’t wait to see what he’ll come up with this year!

So sweet! We got married in October two years ago and last year as a part of our first year anniversary weekend, we spent it at the pumpkin patch. I think now forever pumpkin patches will have a sweet newlywed nostalgia to it. Seeing your pictures reminded me why I love fall so much! xo

I love pumpkins! They make delicious soup and risotto, and I love the seeds in and on all sorts of things. They’re another thing that makes Autumn so special.
