Emma and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend in Austin at TxSC! We were so happy to bring our husbands along and fill the weekend with meetings, coffee dates and visits to new spots! We're in love with Austin.
Jeremy has been learning video this past month, and we are so incredibly excited to share a series of short videos that he captured during our stay! He's so talented! This first video was taken on our first night in Austin on 6th street. We met up with Brandi & Kelly from Mucho Mucho Bueno Bueno. They are so hilarious and fun. So glad you enjoyed my hometown – it’s hard not to! I miss it, but I do get to go often to visit family/friends. I don’t do 6th as much as I used to; now I mainly stick to 4th street (Warehouse district). But, everyone has to see the famous 6th Street at least once!

I love visiting Austin! The Fiance and I always try to find a bar with live music every night we’re there and try new food. So far this year, we’ve visited twice and considering another trip come September, it helps when you live in Houston, Tx! I always seem to end up buying more and more art every time I stop in Austin!
The art scene in Austin is so much more welcoming and homey than in Houston, especially considering the art I like is on the bit of the creepy conceptual side.
