Hello there. I thought I'd give you a little bit of a 'tour' of my new blog design. Some things have changed this past week. I can't say thank you enough for all the sweet compliments. Really, truly.
Who is that in your copyright button image?
I've received so many sweet and curious questions about the couple photograph (above) that I used in my 'copyright' area (bottom of the right hand column). This photograph is from my personal collection of family photos. It's my grandparents, Norman and Corina. Corina is my greatest style icon to this day. She's an amazing woman and I thought it would be fun to have them here on my blog. I'll share more of their amazing 1950s-1960s family photos soon.
Left Sidebar- These hand drawn illustrations link to my 'featured' blog posts (since i blog so frequently, important posts often get 'buried') and my favorite subjects. All of the subject illustrations (Daily Outfits, 10 Things I Love etc…) link to that tag, showing all the posts in that category! ♥ The last button is 'Upcoming Events', which shows my public events schedule.
There is also a 'search button' at the bottom of this sidebar. If you ever need help finding a past post, it's pretty helpful.
Navigation Bar– This is the bar across the top, under the banner. This includes an 'About' page (will be updated each season), a link to my shop, 'Daily Reads' which is my list of current favorite blogs. It will be updated frequently, a link to my Twitter and a Sponsor Info link.
Right Sidebar– I designed this new home for my blog sponsors to look clean and simple. They really stand out on the page, in a good way, since the other sidebar is black and white. Below that is the copyright button with my lovely grandparents beach photo.
Did you design this layout yourself?
Yes, I created all the artwork and had coding help from the lovely Michelle Clement. I currently don't offer any blog design services, but my friends Leigh-Ann and Liz do. XO!

When you first said you were changing the look of the blog, I was so sad b/c I love it so much…but, the new look is truly awesome and matches your design aesthetic. I LOVE it–and it’s easier to navigate!
It would look even better if the background was gray, like your sidebar title backgrounds… and if all the sidebar title images were the same gray, so they blended in together (rather than looking scanned, like they do now?) ?!
