This month I am craving change! I’m feeling the need to change up my style a little, try out different colors in my home or wardrobe and just generally spread my (style) wings a little. One step I took was getting a little peach dyed into my ombre tips. Yep, I’m twenty-seven and I have fantasy hair. Why not? Sometimes you’ve just got to spice things up a little. 🙂

Haha. Emma, I totally hear you. I turned 27 this month, and for the past 8 months or so have been making huge changes! From hair and wardrobe to home. I went the fantasy/girly route too, my husband doesn’t mind all the pink, white and purple in the house, either! I think at this age, you sort of start to feel much more confident in your vision and choices and are willing to go for it. All these things I had *thought* about doing I am finally doing. Can’t wait to see more of your “change” filter into the blog 🙂

I love the idea of peach in your hair. I saw someone today who had lavender grey waves and it was very becoming, I want to say she was about 60. I also have felt the need for a change lately, I am always so very enticed by pattern and color, but think it overwhelms me when it comes to clothing so I want to try to go more neutral and solids. It’s hard to change, but it also feels right. I am really feeling more charcoal, navy and ice blue which is completely opposite of the usual mustard, pumpkin and olive I usually wear.

Your so right, Emma! Change is definitely coming. I can feel it from the first signs of fall. So I decided to rearrange our little home – new floor, wall paint. We’re going for “all-in-white” style with pops of colours. 🙂

pok pok!!! oh i need that book. my husband and i went there when it was just a shack on the side of the road! i’ve tried things i never thought i would try, let alone love.
i’m excited for their growth, but now it’s impossible to get a table!!!
i won’t claim my age here, but i just put some manic panic red in my hair and it is…bold. sometimes you just gotta do, especially hair. it’ll grow out. 😉
