Looking for an easy Halloween gift that adults and kids alike will love? Look no further than this adorable mason jar full of ghost lollipops! This is a simple and quick idea for all the Halloween lovers in your life, and, another excuse to go out and buy candy this month (as if you needed one)…
Supplies:
-wide mouth mason jar
-black spray paint
-7 lollipops
-white cotton
-twine
-floral foam
-black paint or paint pen
First, give your mason jar a few layers of black spray paint with adequate dry time between coats.
Take your block of floral foam and trim it down to fit inside your jar. You can use a hand saw if you have one, but a bread knife works just as well.
Cut 4" x 4" squares of the white cotton, drape over the top of the lollipop, and tie with a piece of twine. Dab on your eyes with black fabric paint or a paint pen, and you're ready to stick your mini ghosts into your jar.
Pretty adorable if you ask me. You could also use black chalk paint on the jar and write the person's name or a Halloween themed message on the front. Maybe something like, "These ghosts are so cute it's scary." Oh man, I just realized that I missed a pun opportunity to call this project a Lollipop BOO-quet. Oh, the horror of missed opportunities!! xo. Laura

This would be SUCH a cute treat to bring to a kindergarten class! I bet my coworkers would get a kick out of it at our Halloween party too, hehe.

As a kid, we did this project every year, but we used tissues instead of cotton. This is much more professional!

Cute idea! So simple, since I already have a vintage halloween tin (in lieu of a mason jar) and the twine and fabric…just gotta pick up a few lollipops!
A neighbor growing up would hand out little ghosts like these made with paper napkins every year!
Yet another idea I’ll have to save for our wedding on Halloween next year!!
So cute!!!!

oh my goodness tootsie pops are my absolute favourite, and I haven’t had one in so long! This is adorable!
Very cute! I love the look of a black mason jar.
Too adorable!!!
I have seen a few people posting that they are “Booing” their neighbors (leaving little Halloween treats on their doorsteps), this would be such a cute thing to “boo” with! Or to dress up the Halloween candy you give out.
I am totally making these and handing them out to the trick or treaters this year! So cute!
Cute and edible! Just perfect!
I must do this with my monkeys.
Thanks
