If you love bagels and lox as much as we do (we're obsessed!), you'll definitely want to try this yummy pizza idea. Maybe it's more of a flat bread? Either way… it's delicious!
We grilled a pre-made extra thin pizza crust on our outdoor grill for about 5 minutes… just long enough to toast it! Be sure to flip it halfway through. Grilling pizza crusts is something we're new to, but we've already learned that you need to really watch it because they can burn easily. After toasting the crust on the grill, cover it with cream cheese, lox and anything else you would enjoy on your bagels and lox (capers, onions, avocado, sea salt, tomatoes)! It's that easy! We made this for an afternoon snack and everyone in our office loved it.

I love bagels and lox!!! Being pregnant I couldn’t eat lox and it was one of the hardest foods for me to give up. When I found out what Hospital I was delivering at, one of the first things that popped into my head was ” there is a DRUXY’S across the street!” because of this I was able to enjoy a delish lox sandwich as the first thing I ate after having my daughter…I was a very happy mama;) I made an awesome smoked salmon pizza with lemony greens over at http://www.ibbyandpop.com I think you would love it.

Grilled pizza is the best! We had a pizza night with friends and made grilled pizza and it was so awesome because we didn’t have to turn on the oven and make our house a million degrees!

This is such a great idea for a summer dinner. Serve with salad, maybe a little white wine (if you indulge), YUMMY!
