Nailed it! Sophia (Dorothy’s mom) was my favorite! Ive been trying to find a purse like the one she would carry EVERYWHERE she went. Even to the door she would carry that purse. Ahh, such a great show! 😀

Oh, what a lovely costume for a group of four girls! Too sad, that my clique conserne 14 people and we wouldn`t be able to dress like the Golden Girls.
The past few days my Twitter feed, BlogLovin, Tumblr and Instagram have been flooded with pictures of Halloween costumes, and as great as many of the costumes were, I am pretty sure this takes the gold!
Ok… you four NAILED IT!!! Oh my goodness!!! Seriously… Elsie… girl I am laughing… you are rockin the Sophia look! This is the BEST costume idea I have EVER seen!!!

I like it for two reasons:
What a much more subtle approach to celebrating death: celebrating being old in a positive way: the golden years, LOL!
And aren’t people scared of getting old? In this way you make scary less scary, but funny instead 🙂
