Nashville was a lovely place to visit! We only got to explore for a few hours, but now we can't wait to go back! We visited Pre To Post Modern, a super cute vintage shop. Everything I wanted to buy was either furniture or breakable… so unfortunate since I had to fly home (sad face). What a fun spot to shop, though! Lots of treasures…
We stopped at Crema Coffee in search of a Lavender Latte… it was out of season but we did get some incredible mexican style dark chocolate. Pure magic! I will be back, Crema.♥
(these last two photos are by Mary Beth! She's so talented.) The last show of this tour was bittersweet. I really enjoyed cheering my husband along and being a part of his dream and I am also so very excited to be home with my sister and our puppies. This week we're moving full speed ahead, working on our upcoming book and this blog. SO many photo shoots planned! Thank you to everyone who said hi at all the shows… I loved meeting you! I really hope we get to do a book tour or something next year! Cross your fingers… XO. elsie

I’ve never been to Nashville, but I’ve been thinking a lot about visiting lately and now your pics have definitely prompted me to go and check it out. The Lennon poster, curtains, and the furniture looks so good together.
It was so nice to talk to you again last night! (I’m the girl that was in the RV dress) Zachary and I are planning another road trip, and stopping by your store again sometime soon. And if you ever stop by Nashville again, you should stop by the vintage shop I’m working at. It’s called Local Honey. I’m working on my sewing and designing there to upcycle vintage! It would be wonderful to say hello again, and the clothes are super cute!
The concert last night was so fun and great! And that CD is staying in my car for awhile for sure. 🙂

As I said on Twitter (if you remember, ha) I’ve been listening to the album non-stop and haven’t yet figured out what my favorite song is. I have a top five, though. 😉
I’ve really loved looking at all your photos from this trip. How cool that you got to go on tour with them! It’s too bad I missed you. I’ve been a huge fan of your blog for a couple years now.
Those last two photos are truly beautiful. Just FYI, the link to Mary Beth’s blog doesn’t work.
Thanks as always for sharing your life with us!
the expression on her face in the starburst picture reminds me of that painting of the lady of shalott – hauntingly beautiful thebluekazoo

I went to Doll House and had the worst experience of my life. I ordered a dress 3 months before my formal and it didn’t come in. she told me the dress was customized but was told a week before my formal that they could not do it and was told to chose another dress from the shop which upset me as I had my heart set on the dress I ordered. Thank you Doll House for destroying my only formal – it was the worst time.
This site is like no reason, very rich in contents, selection of material is very pretty, too fond of, and collection of

Elsie- I’m glad you enjoyed your short stay Nashville. I lived there a few years, and that city will always have a very special place in my heart. Thanks for sharing. I also just wanted to send you a sincere thank you for the inspiration you send out every day. I finally started my own blog a few weeks ago (big work in progress!), and its much in part to my love for reading you and your adorable friends’ personal blogs. Thanks!- Amber
I love those chairs! I have been searching high and low in my new city for one to put in my apartment, but to no avail. It’s a shame too, because I know that my grandma who lives 14 hours away has two great ones in storage 🙁
Also, I have never even heard of a lavender latte before! I will have to keep my eyes open so I can give it a try.

Thank you so much for featuring my Sucre photos Elsie!
I’m SO happy you all went to Crema! It’s my favorite coffee spot! Next time you are there, order a Cuban. It’s an amazing latte with just enough sweetened condensed milk to give it an amazing flavor!
Pre to Post is so awesome too. Try “Hip Zipper” and “Goodbuy Girls” as well on your next visit!
