i can't believe i am just now getting around to posting these. we had a wonderful, magical time in hawaii. we loved it. ryan and cayt's wedding was one of the most beautiful we've seen. they're wonderful.
the wedding desserts were sooo pretty and delicious.
our names for seating… so cute!
dan and therese…. we love them.
getting some sand in our toes while ryan and cayt take wedding day portraits…
and red velvet cake frozen yogurt is my new obsession… jeremy is leaving for another tour in a few weeks so i think i'm going to learn to make fro-yo at home. yes?
that was fun! thanks for letting me share! :)
as i mentioned earlier, i am in the process of moving (my loft to a new house) this week. i am completely excited & VERY busy. i'll be posting mostly 'eye candy posts' for the next few weeks, bc. my personal life will be full of large cardboard boxes and moving trucks. after that my boyfriend will be on tour for a full month so my blogging schedule will most likely get kicked into high gear. yay!
XO. elsie

Kona coffee is TOTALLY the best in the world! I used to make my BFF bring me some everytime she went home. She’s a Hawaiian native.

What kind of little cupcakes are those, with the strawberries on top? I envy the dessert buffet. Looks so amazing!

You have the best pictures! They make me want to go to Hawaii right now to escape the cold and wind that is pretending to be spring. You should totally make your own fro-yo! Its so easy, just get yourself an ice cream maker and experiment away! P.S. Banana is not as pleasant a frozen yogurt flavor as you might think. 😉
jeremy is right… kona coffee IS the best in the world. you won’t find any better. and the ice cream is just as good.
Aww you and Jeremy are just the cutest.
I’m so glad that you guys had a great time in Hawaii.
And that frozen yogurt looks soo yummy!
Xo.
i was just walking through our local bookstore and saw a poster saying Jeremy would be in town on 4.20
i had almost walked past it after reading it. kinda dismissing the name. and then BAM! it hit me. so i backed up a few steps and read it again! so cool! i’ll have to go check it out!
secondly, i’m in amarillo and we have no yogurtland. but the significant other lives in dallas, so we go to the yogurtland just down the street from his house. and i’m in looooooooooooove. although, they were out of RV when i went last trip.
at any rate. thought i’d come out of the woodwork to leave you a comment today.
have a happy week!
my bff nicole works at honolulu coffee company–you may have been helped by her for the kona!! she’s pretty hard to miss, she’s a little cuban/greek girl with a full sleeve tattoo on her arm…this post made me want to visit her sooooooo bad!
:))) happy some of you are going to see jeremy on tour!! send me photos, pwease.
Thanks for all the kind words! elsie
You are a cute couple! Your hair looks so cool in all the photos, I don’t know how you do it 😮
Yes, you should try to make fro-yo at home. Sounds delicious!
Good luck with the move:) Will you move in together?
Hawaii… good times!
Homemade fro-yo sounds like an excellent venture.
Y’all are too cute 😀
Good luck w/your move! (I’m excited for you + RVA)

Mmmm that fro-yo looks yummy. I laughed out loud when I saw the picture of Jeremy holding his Koha Coffee. I have seen him with such a grin on his face. He MUST really love it! Good luck on the move! I am moving too….tedious but exciting!
I wish I could of gone !!!
it is interesting and informative article. This has been very helpful understanding a lot
of things. I’m sure a lot of other people will agree with me.
Ugh packing 🙁 I always end up wondering where all my stuff came from and how I ended up with so much of it :0)
Love the photos, the yogurt looks so yummy and I love the little buffet of gorgousness *that’s what it looks like* is so cute! What a great idea for a wedding.
Elsie, I’ve been following your blog for a while now and absolutely love it. Any chance you’ll do a wedding craft/inspiration post any time soon? I’m getting married this summer and would love to see some of your ideas. xo.
The pictures are great. My girlfriend and I took the exact same shot of our shadows holding hands. I added it to an alphabet book I made my son as the letter “M”. fun eh?
Those pictures are lovely, Elsie! And you are the only person that wears their hair like that (with the band in it sort of pushing it up) that I actually think it looks good on! It looks so tacky and undone on most people. But it looks really good on you!
You’re really pretty! And i love your sense of fashion.
yay elsie!! hawaii is my old home, sweet, hom. you guys were at Lanikai…my ALL time favorite place on this planet. I got married there. :o) beautiful pics.
That picture of you burying your face in your honey’s shoulder with him looking at you just made my little heart feel so full of love!
beautiful! thanks for sharing! looks like you had a wonderful trip. good luck with the move.
So beautiful. I have been seriously considering doing a destination wedding. This is pretty good inspiration to push my idea forward.

I’m a new follower of your blog and I LOVE it so far! I wanted to post here to tell you that these pictures are adorable (and so are you)! My fiancee and I were seriously considering doing a destination wedding in Hawaii – since we were lucky enough to go there in August of 08 I’ve been in love – and this really make me want to do it! What island did you go to? Either way, it’s beautiful!
Also, good luck with the moving, we will be doing that before June 1st and I know it’s always a ‘fun’ time 🙂
wow! you got the beautiful pictures! I used to live there:)
I like your point! It is of wisdom.
