those merit badges are the loveliest!
over the summer, i was in an antique store and bought a girl scout handbook from the 1940’s. they used to have bookbinding and sewing merit badges!! so cool.

and my usual starbucks drink is a double tall iced vanilla latte! good thing i get 50% off or i wouldn’t be able to indulge my frequent coffee cravings.

oh wow, I’ve been wanting to make hand-embroidered badges lately! love the screened ones. I remember it’s on my to-do list each time I have to sew some on at work (like the 14 or so I had to do for one person yesterday!).

I was once a girl scout. I just remember when I saw this post. That was really one of my great experiences.
i was antiquing as a post-birthday celebration on monday, and came across a complete girl-scout sash – resplendent in all its merit badginess. i thought of you – is that weird? it just seems like your icon now.
