I love wearing jersey in the summertime. I have a bunch of easy dresses, skirts and tank tops to mix and match. I love fabrics that breathe and don't stick to my skin when the weather heats up. This sheer top is nice and airy.

Lauren, I have curly/frizzy hair so when it’s hot out I wear it up most of the time to control it… Not really a tip, but the truth! Counting down till Autumn… haha 🙂

I prefer the name “hi-lo” skirt, in Australia they tend to be called a mullet dress/skirt after the hairstyle, and then it doesn’t sound very pretty to wear, a hi-lo skirt on the other had does sound nice.

Hair up in the summer is what does the trick for me also, Elsie.
Also, I’ve noticed a couple of questions in the comments about how to deal with bangs in the summer time, and all I can say is dry shampoo is a life saver!
I obviously don’t know what works for Elsie but…I live in Austin, Texas and I simply could not have bangs in the summer here if it weren’t for dry shampoo.
