I know we're already deep into February, but I promised myself that this year I wouldn't miss a month of sharing our monthly favorites. It's good for us to step back and celebrate all of the hard work that goes into A Beautiful Mess. Sometimes we get so lost in the hustle that we forget to step back and enjoy what we've created. Here are some of our favorites, along with the most viewed and most pinned posts of the past month! 

January was a delicious month. A few of my personal favorite recipes were Homemade English Muffins, Ginger and Lime Carrot Soup, Angel Food Cake,   Garlic and Kale Baked Gnocchi, Squid Ink Pasta and Snickerdoodle Waffles. Scrapbooking for beginners I made our first family scrapbook. It was a great experience and I shared my tips for new scrapbookers. DIY Concrete Counter Tops (definitely the scariest DIY we've ever tried, but we are IN LOVE with the result… not to mention the thousands of dollars we saved). 

We enjoyed sharing our first bits of progress at our new studio house. Here's an update on the entryway, the dining room and kitchen. Emma + TreyI love that Emma and Trey revived the Mr & Mrs Style feature with this awesome post. So sweet!
