This week Emma and I made miniature peach pies! I love peaches. They're my favorite springtime treat. Here's Emma's advise on how to make your own fancy desserts…
Mini pies are super easy to make when you use puff pastry as your pie crusts! Simply buy a box of puff pastry (usually located in the freezer section of grocery stores), a can of peach pie filling and sprinkle in a little cinnamon to add some extra flavor. If you use a cupcake liner as your guide when cutting out your pie crusts and a pizza cutter to make thin strips out of the excess dough-then you can create these mini peach pies in a snap! It seriously only took us 10 minutes to make, 20 minutes to bake. So fun!
