I've been dreaming about this cocktail for quite a while, but I was just waiting for Spring to finally arrive. This drink is perfect to sip on the porch at night, or serve at a backyard barbecue. If you like sweet tea, give this recipe a try!Mango + Plum Sweet Tea Cocktail, Serves One
3 ounces tea (I used Rooibos De Provence from David's Tea)
2 ounces fresh orange juice
1 ounce bourbon (I used Bulleit)
2 ounces Jeremiah Weed Sweet Tea Vodka
plum and mango, cut into cubes
Mix tea, orange juice, bourbon and sweet tea vodka in a short glass. Add cubes of fruit and serve with ice. Optional: garnish with fresh mint leaves.I can tell this cocktail will be one of my new spring/summer favorites. It's sweet (but not too sweet), fruity and refreshing. I think it would be fun to try a mixed berry version next!I made a larger batch to store in my fridge overnight. It's a great way to allow the flavors to infuse more. I love having ready-made cocktails for parties too. It saves so much time to have a few options that guests can serve themselves!
Are you a sweet tea fan? xo. Elsie

sounds tasty, do you strain it before serving though? I’m not sure about the tea in there being loose and getting bitter
