Two of my favorites! Everyone in Montréal is SO happy and unbelievably proud of Arcade Fire right now, and it was totally deserved! I love how they just went back to playing music right after winning, their passion is SO inspiring!

I love Marc, too! If I go to the Marc by Marc store in Tokyo, i’ll pick you up something cute. I heard they have really hard to find stuff there.
Arcade Fire is the only band that has ever won a Grammy not signed to a major label. I really love that.

We talked about the Grammy’s today and NONE of my work colleagues had even ever heard of arcade fire before…! What a sad day.
(And they were totally supportive of Rhihanna winning and Katy Perry being nominated. Well, I guess you can’t argue about taste – or at least that’s what they say.)

Yay for Marc Jacobs and yay for Arcade Fire too! For me, the Grammys have lost so much quality over the years, with image rulling over quality, that I don’t even pay attention to them anymore. However, knowing Arcade Fire won made my day!
My boyfriends favorite band is Arcade Fire, and as of recently he’s been making me listen to them. I’ve found some songs that I love and some that are not so much.
I was so excited about Arcade Fire winning the grammy! Especially because I’m a Canadian who’s been listening to them for years, and now I live in Australia and they seem to be everyone’s favourite band here. It’s awesome, yay for them!

I also love Arcade Fire.. they are good friends of good friends of ours.. When I was in her wedding Wynn was the best man and Regine played the harp at her wedding. We all hung out all weekend. They are fabulous and goofy in real life. So awesome.

i too love marc jacobs. my husband was going to get me a tote bag for valentines day but after my searching i have decided against it. he is not cruelty free and that is something i’m starting to take a stand against. more people should think about it. totally senseless.
There were some gems in the collection, and I don’t know if I’m alone in this, but what was with those dresses/skirts/shirts made of circles? You know which ones I mean… They made me cringe a little.

Teey were so happy when they won. It was so cute, and being Canadian such an honor. Especially for an indie label band that has such beautiful musical compositions. Although did you see how many people were appaled and had no idea who Arcade Fire was? Shame, shame, shame.
