We seriously couldn’t wait to unveil our next beauty box: Holiday Party Essentials—jam packed with *four*, yep, four full-sized items valued at $90! This box is glam central (homebodies, we’ve got ya covered in the next box, it’s holiday box 2.0!) We wanted to introduce you to products that could get you festive and party ready in just a few minutes, and we’ve included our very first high pigment lip gloss, which we are so thrilled about. If you’re unfamiliar with the Oui Fresh Beauty Box, it’s a monthly subscription that focuses on clean/non-toxic beauty, skincare and wellness. While the concept is a sample box, we typically include at least one full-sized product per box (sometimes there are three or four!) and focus mainly on indie beauty brands, though we will include a bigger brand here and there. Hydrating Lip Gloss in Lava Lamp by Oui Fresh – value $18

This brand new shade from Oui Fresh is limited edition for the holiday season! It is the most stunning ruby red and it’s ultra pigmented, so it’s like getting all of the best parts of a red lipstick, but with our signature gloss formula—velvet texture and super hydrating. If you love a bold red lip but don’t love the precision it takes to apply it, this is an easy way to get the look since gloss is pretty forgiving. If you’re not familiar with our lip glosses, we get told all the time that we’ve either replaced every lip gloss in our customers’ collection *or* we’ve converted non-lip gloss loving people because our formula is that amazing! The vitamin E, shea butter, coconut oil, lavender, and jojoba seed oil help to soothe, heal, and protect your lips—so clutch for this time of year.

Dry Shampoo by Organically Wonderful — value $18

Got a party to go to and no time for a full wash and style? This little bottle is your new best friend. I have yet to find a dry shampoo I like better than this one, it even blends in well on my dark roots. The formula is great, doesn’t cause a lot of buildup, and keeps my hair looking fresh for days. One of the highlights of this product is the PACKAGING—the pump for the powder is revolutionary for a powder dry shampoo. While I hate using aerosol products, I do miss the control of that application method, but this dry shampoo blends the best of both worlds and it’s a dream to travel with. Just give the bottle a little shake and use the pump to direct the powder wherever you need it to go; no more dry shampoo all over the bathroom! Another thing I love about this brand is that they provide refills in biodegradable packaging, you can save a little money and plastic by using the refills and you can switch up your scent, too.

Indulge Mood Oil by Essential Rose Life — value $25

This roller oil doesn’t disappoint—it truly is indulgent. A blend of rose otto and rose geranium, cardamom, ginger, and vetiver, this roller is blended beautifully to help you feel alert and fresh, to clear your thoughts, and help keep your emotions grounded. If this time of year can get hectic or stressful for you, we thought this would be the perfect way to not only smell amazing, but feel great too! We’re definitely going to keep it in our bag as our holiday time calendar starts to fill up since it’s the perfect pick-me-up. Roll onto the wrists, temples, chest, behind the ears, the back of the neck, and in the center of the forehead. This formula is jojoba seed oil-based, so rolling it on multiple times a day if you’d like is encouraged!

Cheek & Lip Tint in Cherry Cosmos by HAN — value $16

We’ve been using these cheek and lip tints for awhile, so we’re thrilled to have one in the box! Multi-use products are always a definite yes for us and this one is so super pretty and gives flushed wintertime cheeks and lips in 10 seconds flat. This tint is made with acaĭ, pomegranate, argan oil, coconut crème, and actual cherry powder—and a little goes a long way! For your cheeks, just pick up some product on your middle and index finger, pat gently on the apple of your cheeks to deposit product, and lightly blend out in tiny circles for the perfect wash of color. If you’re looking to jazz up your makeup for a holiday event or a festive night out, this is such a quick way to refresh your makeup look. It’s also scented with real vanilla and smells so good, kind of like a Christmas cookie!

Champagne Hangover by Roots & Blooms — value $12

Long night of dancing or wrapping gifts? This eye mask is so unique and effective and will totally help you out the next day. We all know the “cucumbers on the eyes” image that’s used to represent spas and relaxation, and while that image is iconic, it’s a little cumbersome (taking everything in me not to make a cucumber pun right now) to try and get anything done with cucumbers on your eyes—haha. This eye mask is formulated with cucumber hydrosol, hyaluronic acid, lychee fruit, and chamomile—a 10-minute oasis for tired eyes. Just swipe on and rinse off when you’re done. It’s really soothing and I see a noticeable improvement every time. My eye area is always more full and looks more hydrated and healthy. Another unique thing about this eye mask—it’s not disposable like a lot of paper or gel pad masks out there. We can get behind any product that is less wasteful and the full-size product comes in a glass jar.
