We are SO excited to share that our Nashville duplex is now available to rent. Both sides are rented separately. In this post, we’ll share all the details and how to book the homes. Full blog tours will be coming soon, but in the meantime, you can see the spaces in full via our listings.
Both sides of the duplex have three bedrooms and full bathrooms, multiple porches and fenced backyards.
Emma’s side is side A (the navy blue side!) andΒ can be viewed and booked here. Here are a few highlights …
Elsie’s side is side B (the white side) and can be viewed and booked here. Here are a few highlights …
We’re so excited to have these up and running! If you have any questions, let us know! xx. Elsie + Emma

Hi!
Where did Emma get the hanging door mirror in gold? I’m looking for a few for my guest rooms! The houses look great- Congrats ladies!
Hi! It’s from Target.
Both of these duplexes are absolutely beautiful. Next time I’m in Nashville I’ll consider a stay.
OK this is seriously the cutest house EVER! I’m ready to move in!

Can you point me to info on the dining table on the blue side?! It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for to replace my old eat-in table! thanks.
It’s from The Home Depot π
I could have wept when I saw that they are actually affordable! I’ve seen many bloggers and influencers list AirBnBs for between $500-$1000 per night, and I personally don’t know anyone who could afford that, evening if they were going with another couple. Reading your blog every morning is a ritual I’ve had for over 10 years, thanks for being a bright spot in my day π
FYI Nashville requires that AirBNBs are owner occupied- doesnβt seem like that is the case here.
Elizabeth-I believe they did a post recently addressing the regulations of Airbnb properties in Nashville and how these duplex’s comply. I’m sure you can search for the post in the recent archives. π
Hi Elizabeth, We don’t have “owner occupied” permits and we’re fully aware of and following all the rules. π xx
Is your other Air BnB still available to rent? The one with the ‘fort bed’ in the children’s room
Hi, no it’s not.
I LOVE THIS!!!! Can’t wait for the full tour!
Thanks for posting the links. Since I’m in the Nashville area I will keep you guys in mind for family and friends who may need a place to stay.

i would want to move in there ASAP!!!!

for someone who has never been to Nashville, how close are these two to where everything is at? i guess, downtown?
its been on my list to visit!
Can you tell me where you bought the white bedframe? π
Hi! It’s from Wayfair. xx

Living in Atlanta, we’re so close to Nashville! I have to come visit.

I love everything about it! I’d like to know where your bed frames are from?
I love those rooms and the decor! Really love the patio chairs and the black and white rug from the side with the green door. May I ask where they are from?
Hi! Love the pastoral painting above the dining table on the green/blue side of the house–where did you find it? Thanks! π
