I love caprese salad. What's not to love! Cheese, fresh tomatoes and basil and balsamic vinegar reduction is the perfect combination. Add some seasonal fruit and now you're ready to party. π
For the skewers you will need: cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella balls, a couple of ripe peaches and fresh basil. On a tooth pick or skewer layer the tomatoes, mozzarella, basil leaves (stems removed) and sliced peaches.

The look great! I have made the same but with fresh pineapple instead of peaches and they were a hit. I will have to try serving the balsamic reduction with them next time.
