This is the last smoothie in my mini smoothie series. It's been fun sharing some of my favorite recipes with you.Needed: Unsweetened coconut flakes, greek yogurt, coconut water (frozen in ice cubes), fresh raspberries, 1/2 frozen banana. Optional: Truvia.Directions: For the coconut layer blend 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes, 1/4 cup greek yogurt, 6 oconut water cubes. Add to glass and rinse blender. Next, blend 1 cup raspberries (frozen if possible), 1/2 a frozen banana and 1/4 cup greek yogurt. This layer will be very tart. If you prefer a sweeter taste add 1 teaspoon Truvia before blending. Add to glass. Garnish with coconut flakes. Enjoy!Have you guys tried any of our smoothie recipes? What did you think? Do you have any recipes to share? xo. Elsie

Hi! I’m don’t do so much smoothies I’m going to be honest, because the good ones like these one, have a high fraction of fat. But once in a while, I do some. And this is on my to do list. I love Greek Yogurt and any kind of berry 🙂

I love anything with spinach, sometimes I use flavored yogurt, peaches, and strawberries.
All of these smoothies look so yummy! It makes me with that I had a blender. It has to be my next kitchen investment for sure.
currently enjoying a banana nutella milkshake (it is really a smoothie, though).
Haven’t tried them yet, but they’re bookmarked for later (need some ingredients)! This one looks especially exotic with the red against white shredded coconut. Yum!

I’ll have to give this one a go….except using frozen raspberries because unfortunately Perth charges $70 a kg for raspberries :/
May I ask what you would suggest as a replacement for the coconut water? While I like coconut, I really don’t like coconut water. Weird, I know.
Renee, you could use milk or water. XO!
