Hey beauties! I thought I’d share with you some of my favorite recent Target clean beauty buys. Target is really upping their game on their clean beauty selection, and it’s been so nice just to be able to run out and quickly grab a new mascara (because this one is my favorite)!
Pacifica Alight Multi-Mineral BB Cream — $15
Yes, Target has a clean BB cream that you can grab! I will preface this by saying not *everything* from Pacifica meets our clean beauty standards, as there are some products that contain fragrance, etc. But I just check my Think Dirty app because they really do have a lot of lovely products that can’t be missed. This BB cream is for when you want very light coverage and it also shade-matches to your skin tone, which actually works pretty well. Overall, I’m a big fan of this for a light makeup day or even as a primer for foundation if you need to cover up extra redness without going crazy on the concealer.
W3LL PEOPLE Biocorrect Concealer — $23
While this one isn’t *quite* as wallet-friendly as some other items on this list, it will last you absolutely FOREVER. I love how thick this concealer is—it can hide so much redness and discoloration and is great as an under-eye brightener. It is my #1 best clean concealer, and you can find it at Target (also Whole Foods, if you have a Whole Body store near you—it’s a kid-in-a-candy-store situation with their makeup with a pretty big selection)!
Honest Beauty Extreme Length + Lash Primer — $15
This is an amazing mascara, and a steal at $15 compared to some I’ve bought before. I love that one end is a primer, and the other is a mascara! I especially love that the primer side is smaller than the mascara side, because of course you’re going to use the mascara more than the primer. This gives my short lashes a lot of lift and I’m very happy to have found it. I also love Honest Beauty’s new branding—it’s really pretty and sleek!
Shea Moisture Virgin Coconut Oil Daily Hydration Facial Wipes — $7
I try to use face wipes VERY sparingly, even though these are 100% biodegradable, which is what I always look for in a face wipe! Sometimes, you just need one of these guys if you’re traveling, etc., and these are some of the only ones I’ve found that don’t dry me out. The others that I love are on the pricier side and these are a steal at just $7.
Pacifica Coconut-Infused Pink Nudes Mineral Eye Shadow — $12
Yes, I know I’ve featured this in my favorite eyeshadow post, but it’s just too good to not sing the virtues of on this post, too. I cannot (CAN. NOT.) get over how awesome this eyeshadow palette is and I cannot believe it is $12. That is 5x less than some of the clean beauty palettes out there than don’t work nearly as well. The formula is so smooth and I love the payoff and color selection. Everyone needs a good nudes palette!
So, there you have it—my current five favorite clean beauty buys at Target. Do you have any budget clean beauty favorites?
xo, Keely

Laura, I second the mascara recommendation. I lived in Europe for years and during that time became a Chanel makeup snob (I admit: it still holds a special place in my heart!). But since moving back to the US, I’ve been slowly cleaning up my products and can’t believe how much I like this Honest mascara. Enjoy!!
Where is that cute little brass container from?
Target! 🙂
Thank you for sharing this wonderful post. I enjoyed reading it!
Okay so I first discovered Shea Moisture when I was at CVS one day and saw a really nice clay mask that they sell (the shongyi mushroom one). I loved that they were a small business and the ingredients were pretty simple and clean. Since then they’ve totally blown up and I’m so happy for them that they’re getting so much attention now. I’ll have to try more of their stuff when I run out of my current beauty things. <3
I’ve been LOVING Pacifica products lately too – they make a mascara that is really great! Do you have any inexpensive, clean shampoo & conditioner recommendations? This is my problem area when it comes to clean beauty, ugh. I feel like I’ve tried them ALL and hate them all too!
It’s hard to know what to recommend without knowing what you’ve already tried since everyone’s hair is so different! Shea Moisture is a great brand for haircare, though, and you can find them at most drug/big box stores. 🙂
if you’re in a making mood i shared a shampoo recipe that is super simple and great – even my bf approves of it (and he’s very picky!). acv conditioner is also wonderful – my low waste, green hair routine here: https://tps-steph.blogspot.com/2019/02/0029-tps-low-waste-haircare.html
Thanks for the post! BB cream / concealer / mascara is my everyday makeup look, so this is perfect for me. If you have any suggestions for dry shampoo, I’d love to hear them. I’ve tried every DIY combination and nothing comes close to Dove’s.
I absolutely LOVE Organically Wonderful. It’s a non-aerosol powder and works so well, and when you’re done you can purchase a refill so you can keep using the bottle it came in!
Ordered, thank you so much! <3
I notice this eye shadow doesn’t come with an applicator brush, yet I’ve never bought eye shadow that didn’t come with a brush before! Any recommendations for a separate eyeshadow applicator brush?
These budget green beauty tips are so helpful. Thank you!
So, I had actually put the honest company mascara in my cart before you posted, but had hesitated. After you posted, I ordered it and today is the first time I’m wearing it. LOVE. Thank you!
