Simply excited!

wow wow wow…. I am so blown away by the response to my little 4 Simple Goals Challenge! It's been so much fun to read through different peoples small goals. Feels like a really healthy way to start a new season. Here are just a few goals that really made me smile! I've spent a lot of time looking at reader's goals… things like "get a professional massage", "create a space for me to live creatively", "visit a new local restaurant/shop each week", "have more tea dates" and "become a regular reader of a cooking blog".

these small goals have the potential to make daily life so much richer and happier! recently, i've been insanely busy due to a huge project in my life. i've been working 12 hours most days and have had very little 'me time'. in every season of life there is give and take! i'm sure i would feel similarly if i had a new baby or countless other big commitments/life changes. my work is a wonderful part of my life, but i've noticed myself emotionally 'checking out' from life due to being so busy and i really want to enjoy each day during this happy time! these little goals are my simple reminders to enjoy my busy crazy life, one day at a time! i'm honored that so many of you have joined in.
