So excited about how many of you are joining in the 30 day self portrait challenge. Wow! What a great response! We're excited to see all your beautiful faces and watch as you challenge yourself to try new things with whatever camera you will be using. As I was reading through everyone's comments yesterday I kept hearing how people were a little nervous to take photos of themselves and share them. But I also saw a lot of people who were excited by the challenge, if nothing else to just practice taking pictures more. I think also when you tend to be one of the main photo enthusist in your family, it ends up that there are not a lot of photos of you, since you're always behind the camera. Anyway, I guess I just got excited for everyone as I was reading your reactions. It's a fun journey, I'm glad we're on it together. 🙂

Emma, I love your makeup in this post and if I may ask, what makeup did you use for this? It looks really pretty, especially the first pic, and I would love to know and only asking because it would be perfect for an event I have coming up soon.

you guys are too cute – once I bought a dress from anthropologie not realizing it was actually a short cotton nightgown. I wore it to church on Easter Sunday where I was leading worship for 2k folks only to be told right before service that I was wearing indeed essentially undies on the stage…my husband who was also leading wouldn’t let me live that one down so your post about Emma’s dress made me giggle 🙂 xoxo

Great challenge and I have been doing the 365 Day challenge, but mostly of my kids, because pics of me would probably be too boring, lol!!
So true! I’m the camera happy one in the family, so I have tons of photos of friends and relatives, but very few of myself. Actually, most of the photos I have of myself I took myself! So sorry about the app issue. It wasn’t doing that in testing, but something about pushing it live caused a glitch in the code. We’ve actually already got a new update submitted to fix the issues.
That said, in the meantime, try this: Delete the app. Re-download it from the app store (it won’t charge you). Then open any bonus back (even one you haven’t purchased) and hit the “RESTORE PURCHASES” button up top. That should give you a temporary fix, until the new update is out.
We can’t apologize enough, as our developers really didn’t see this coming.
