Also, what’s all this about plaid being a big trend? Isn’t plaid ALWAYS cool? Don’t get me wrong, I support the trend (because I love plaid), but I don’t get what the big deal is because every autumn is plaid season in my book.
Does it feel like fall where you live?? I keep hearing my California friends saying it’s HOT still. Here in Nashville it’s nice and crisp and the leaves in my front yard are starting to fall! xx- Elsie

It certainly does feel like fall here and it SHOULDN’T! It’s October! Where is Spring? I NEED SOME SUN. Honestly. It’s still rainning every week. I like rain but come on.

It feels like fall here in VA! We have crisp chilly mornings & then by the afternoon it’s between 65 & 70. That’s a bit warmer than I’d like since I get warm, so I can’t keep the plaids, flannels & leather jackets on all day but it’s still my favorite season.

It certainly feels like autumn where I live, and much like you guys, I would use any excuse to bust up some plaid. I particularly love Elsie’s plaid cape, probably because I have a couple of variations of plaid capes as well. The cape in Elsie’s outfit really serves as a standout piece that brings some color into the outfit. Similarly, the red beanie in Emma’s outfit is striking. Gorgeous!

Looks really stylish for sure, especially the boots in the second attire, and I agree, plaid is always in. It’s too basic (or should I say, too classic) of a thing to go out of fashion.
