I think happy hour is probably the one thing Elsie and I do together from time to time where we will rarely talk about "work". I can't really explain why. If we're shopping, on a plane, eating lunch, etc., it's super likely that at some point we'll start talking about our next business idea together or some blog post series we want to start. But happy hour is one of those times when we pretty much just take a break and chill. Too distracted by cocktails and cheese I guess. 🙂

There is not happy hour in my city, we have juevintxos ( translate: thurs-tapa-day) You can get a glass of wine and a tapa for 2 euros. And the city center is very crowded

There’s a place in walking distance of our apartment called “Tipsy Cow” that my husband and I are obsessed with. http://www.tipsycowla.com We love to split the short rib poutine and I get their “Bovine Bessy” cocktail. Plus! The decor is SO CUTE, the patio is dog-friendly, they serve brunch and are open until 2pm on Fridays and Saturdays! So much love for this place. Glad you gals have a go to spot – it’s a game changer.

Elsie, I’ve been obsessing over those ShoeMint wedges for weeks now! When I saw the picture I wondered if they were the same as the ones sitting in my basket, and they are – so cute! They go pretty well with those delicious-looking cocktails and snacks too..

That looks so fun! There is this tavern right down the road from our house. They have a delicious Mediterranean pizza and THE BEST peach cobbler! We love to go for a glass of wine and dessert. 🙂

I love both look! The bar looks really cool. My boyfriend and I like to go in a place called Public Enemy. It’s 40/50’s style, which I particularly love. They have the best caft beers and they always organize some cool events 🙂

Happy hour is always my favorite! There’s nothing like piling into a bar with the girls after work and chatting about our days over drinks, and the meat/cheese platter that our favorite Paris hole in the wall is known for 🙂
