i’m off to Chicago tomorrow morning… can’t wait! we are getting all packed up and ready to go. i am really looking forward to selling (and of course, shopping!) at Renegade Craft Fair and exploring the city with Jeremy.

so, this past month i celebrated the one year anniversary of going completely independent! it was one year ago that i quit my lovely job designing scrapbooking product and began the process of opening Red Velvet Art! I’ve learned so much this past year (and I am planning to share more about that soon!). So, in light of all of this, I’ve been making new goals and dreaming new dreams for the coming year. It’s a really exciting time! I’m taking my little idea notebook with me everywhere since it’s such an inspired season.
gonna miss this little face for 10 days….
thank you so much, mom and dad, for caring for her while we’re gone. she’s gonna have so much funnnnn playing with Gigi!
